All ASL Beauty products are classified as hygiene and personal care items. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of a confirmed defective or incorrect product, and are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
